Installation Instructions
1. Turn off the power to the dishwasher. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Open the dishwasher door and remove the upper rack by lifting it off the mounting rails.
3. Remove the remaining screws from the worn slide end caps.
4. Remove the worn slide end caps from the rack.
5. Place the new slide end caps onto the rack.
6. Tighten the screws on the new slide end caps.
7. Place the upper dishwasher rack in its original place, pushing the ends of the rack onto the mounting rails.
8. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and turn the power back on.
9. Run a test cycle to ensure the installation was successful.
