Installation Instructions
1. Unplug the Whirlpool dryer from the wall outlet and turn off its power supply.
2. Turn the dryer on its side and remove the screws that are holding the door in place.
3. Open the door and locate the broken latch.
4. Carefully take out the broken latch and remove any screws that might be holding it in place.
5. Take the new latch and make sure that the tabs fit snuggly into the designated spots in the door handle.
6. Secure the new latch with the provided screws.
7. Turn the dryer back upright, plug it in, and turn on the power supply.
8. Test the door by closing and opening it several times to ensure it latches securely.
